Cancellation Policy

The Oakhurst Skin Science has a 24 hour cancellation/ rescheduling policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service. This policy is in place out of respect for our staff and clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
